About Us

Roger Diachok, general contractor and owner of RSD Homes and RSD Enterprises, Inc., has been building beautiful homes in Colorado area for over 35 years.

RSD homes can be seen in many areas of the Front Range to include Columbine Valley, Belcaro, Parker, Castle Rock and the Larkspur/Perry Park area.

Roger graduated from Northern Colorado University in 1970 with a BS in Business Management. After graduation he worked for a short time in the securities business. Ultimately returning to his passion for construction, he rose quickly from carpenter to framing subcontractor to general contactor.

Roger's wife, Susan, has been working with RSD for the past 8 years. She brings a background in mortgage banking and management. Susan handles the office functions for RSD Homes, loves her involvement in design work and has a great knack for helping clients with their decorating decisions. Roger and Susan have been living and working happily in beautiful Larkspur for the past 8 years.
